To assure that guests have the best possible experience, we ask that you honor the following rules:

• Children must be supervised at all times
• Smoking is allowed on the porches and enclosed sunroom
• Check-in between 3 and 6 p.m. or by prior arrangement
• Check out by noon
• Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel, please give us five days notice for full refund. A gift certificate will be issued for cancellations with less than five days notice.

Breakfast Menu:
A full breakfast is served seven days a week. Lighter fare is available for those who prefer a continental breakfast. We will gladly accommodate most special requests at no extra charge, but ask that you let us know the night before so we can be properly prepared.

• Blandford Church: Historic colonial church, now a confederate memorial, notable for its Tiffany stained glass windows throughout and a 300-acre confederate cemetery
• Old Towne Petersburg: Antiques, fine dining, and a cornucopia of historic architectural styles
• Siege Museum: Civil War museum highlighting the siege of Petersburg
• Petersburg Battlefield State Park: Well-known Civil War park
• Pamplin Park: A Civil War park west of Petersburg
• Richmond: Virginia state capital, cultural center and capital of the confederacy, only 25 miles north
• Farmville: Home of Green Front furniture, 70 miles west of here
• Williamsburg: Historic colonial town 50 miles to the east
